By accessing or using VectorTrace AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
VectorTrace AI monitors how brands appear in generative AI responses (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini), provides AI Share of Voice metrics, competitor tracking, citation analysis, and content optimization recommendations.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
We may suspend or close accounts for non-payment or misuse of the Service.
Paid plans (Starter $60/month, Pro $150/month) include a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled.
Starter includes up to 10 tracked keywords and Pro up to 20, each checked daily. Monitoring relies on third-party AI providers and may occasionally pause.
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. Sales tax, GST, VAT or similar taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your location and billing details, so the total charged may be higher than the listed price.
No refunds for partial months, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse engineering, scraping at scale beyond your plan limits, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of your inputs (keywords, brand terms, domains). We process this data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metrics reflect AI answers captured at the time; AI outputs change and results are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorTrace AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
