Information we collect

• Account info: name, email, company name.
• Configuration: keywords, brand terms, competitor domains.
• Integration data: data pulled via your connected SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console) when you authorize it.
• Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, basic device info.
• Payment metadata: managed by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the Service, generate AI visibility metrics, send alerts and reports you request, process payments, and improve product quality.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors that power the Service (hosting, database, email, payment processing, AI model providers used to generate analyses). We do not sell your personal data.

AI model providers

Business details and keywords you enter are sent to third-party AI model providers to produce monitoring results and keyword suggestions. Providers may log these requests under their own policies.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your personal and account data at any time from Settings. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion, except where longer retention is required by law.

Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; security concerns can be submitted through the Help Centre.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
